The Coaching Process:

➣ Discovery Session: A longer 90-minute session establishing goals, values, & a groundwork for relationship
➣ 3-6 month packages: 2 sessions / month with an option to extend. A mid-course coffee helps us redirect or amplify anything to make this the best experience possible.
